# Area Guide Data Attribution

Geographic names, coordinates and mapped-feature data derived from OpenStreetMap
are attributed to **OpenStreetMap contributors** and distributed under the
[Open Database License 1.0](https://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1-0/).
See [OpenStreetMap copyright](https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright).

The country JSON files are an openly distributed adapted geographic database.
Reuse must retain source attribution and comply with the ODbL share-alike
requirements. Individual records identify their sources and any additional
data licenses. Links to official city information are references, not
endorsements; no third-party prose or photographs are reproduced.

Editorial summaries are not resident reviews, inspections, verified tenancy
reports or Lease Scores. Coordinates locate an area reference point, not the
entrance or boundary of a particular rental property. Mapping data can be
incomplete or change. Verify the exact address, journey and circumstances
before making a housing decision.
